06.09.04 | MEMPHIS ! Rita is performing tonight at the famous HARD ROCK CAFE in MEMPHIS.
All of you fans will know that one of her songs "MEMPHIS HAS GOT THE BLUES" (Breakfast at Midnight CD) was written a few years ago while visiting Memphis. Tonight is very special as Rita will be performing that song in Memphis. A true Elvis Fan, she and her band will be going to the location of Sun Studios and of course, Graceland. I;m sure she will perform TUPELO, her special acoustic performance with her guitarist, Papa John King, ,written about Elvis...sure to always bring the house down.
Tomorrow will be off to New Orleans and onward to Texas....!!! 06.01.04 | THOSE SOUTHERN NIGHTS Rita and her band are getting ready to go to TEXAS. Stopping in St.Louis ,Memphis and New Orleans , Rita will be also performing in Crockett, Austin, Corpus Christi, Kerrville and the Midland Texas Blues festival, working her way back through Navarre, ending with a welcome home at the Thundering Women Festival in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
